Anthony Neville
Sports Tours Ireland
In 2011 Anthony founded Sports Tours Ireland, a Company whose aim is to arrange bespoke sports tours and tournament entry for clubs, schools and universities to Ireland. This includes teams of every age group from youth and juniors to seniors and veterans in a wide range of team sports. Tour packages are very flexible and can be adapted to suit each unique customer.
Anthony is a native of Bandon, Co. Cork and previously worked in the fitness industry for the last four years as a Personal Trainer. In his spare time Anthony also plays and coaches rugby and is also a qualified rugby coach accredited with the Munster Branch. In the latter role he has encountered many touring sides who feel they have not gotten optimum enjoyment or value from their times visiting Ireland. The firm belief that he can provide an excellent service that covers all the details of a successful tour inspired Anthony to set up the Company. www.sportstoursireland.com/

Derek Binchy
Winner Kayak
Derek attended UCG where he read commerce, before moving to the Isle of Man to take up a position in marine insurance. He returned to Ireland to rear his family and took a position in the technology sector in Ennis, before settling, back to Cork, as a project manager in the construction sector. It was there that the need for “quality and value” in the kayaking market presented itself.
The result being the incorporation of Winner Kayak Ltd on the 11th of August 2010, after building on the back of the previous five years of investment. In those five years, we have designed and created moulds for the European Kayak market. We, then, took the prototypes to the market and awaited feedback. We have modified our prototypes in accordance to our market research and eventually took our finished product to the open market place in 2010. Now, we just have to complete the simple task of getting our products to every available market on the planet. www.winnerkayak.co.uk/

Through this online store Eileen sells her Irish inspired silver jewellery worldwide.
Having exhibited at Showcase Ireland for the first time in 2012 Claddagh Design secured orders from a number of retailers both in Ireland and abroad. The range of jewellery has expanded to meet this demand with new pieces being added regularly. Claddagh Design jewellery provides a good quality, hand made alternative to other mass produced ‘Irish’ jewellery available online. All the products for sale are designed, made and hallmarked in Ireland.
Jaco Nel
GreenGate Energy Ltd.
The idea was initially generated in 2011 of developing an affordable solar home system for the developing world to dramatically improve the quality of life of individuals in these areas. We soon realized as a new company with a small budget in an ultra competitive environment where the big US, European and Chinese Companies with colossal operating budgets dominate the markets, we needed to find an edge. We went about finding the highest quality affordable solar-lighting systems. We now offer these systems to the Domestic DIY, Camping, Marine and Electrical Wholesale Markets. We are also involved with Concern, and will be donating a Solar Muscle Light to impoverished families in the developing world for every 6 we sell commercially.
Katelijne Rouffa
Peace of Cake
When her second child was diagnosed with a gluten and wheat intolerance, Katelijne Rouffa found that most widely available gluten free products are pre-packed. With a long shelf life these products often compromise in taste, texture, presentation, choice and quality.
She was determined however to focus on the possibilities, not the limitations of life with a food allergy. Coming from Belgium, where bakeries are the hub of daily and social life, she started experimenting in her kitchen with gluten free baking until these products tasted as good or better than the gluten version. As more people started tasting and requesting her baking, Peace of Cake was born.
Peace of Cake is proud to stand for a ‘no compromise’ home baking business that specializes in fresh gluten and wheat free quality products, from day-to-day treats such as scones and cookies to unique cakes for special occasions. No longer does gluten free mean that you have to compromise or that you or your loved ones need to feel ‘different’.
Peace of mind can be a piece of cake. www.macroomcakes.com
